Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidance, and emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and support security-related operations; Monitor entry points and sensitive areas, document observations and incidents, and communicate with site contacts and/or public responders when needed
