Responsibilities:

• Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner
• Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or the presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
• Other duties to be determined by operations

Qualifications:

• Valid FL D License and FL G Armed Security License
• Valid FL Driver's License
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Basic computer skills
• Minimum of one year of security experience
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
• This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time
