Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Screen visitors, staff, and/or contractors entering the location by using approved screening equipment and following established access control procedures.; Verify identification, direct visitors to appropriate areas, and communicate entry requirements in a calm, professional manner.; Respond to incidents, prohibited item discoveries, and critical situations with sound judgment, clear communication, and a problem-solving approach.; Document screening activity, report unusual behavior and/or policy violations, and support orderly movement through public entry points.
