Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or public emergency services when needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.; Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and report unusual conditions, maintenance issues, and/or security-related concerns observed throughout the location.; Support property operations by assisting with incident reports, following post orders, and maintaining a visible presence in commercial real estate environments where conditions may vary by location.
