Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities in a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and notifying appropriate personnel when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, help to enforce site rules, and document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities according to post guidelines.; Support hospital or medical facility operations by assisting with directions, escort requests, and other security-related duties while maintaining professional communication with patients, guests, and staff.
