Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or team members by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including entrances, loading and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns; Monitor access points and assist with verifying authorized entry for employees, visitors, and/or vendors while following site protocols for deliveries, shipments, and restricted areas; Support loss prevention and operational goals by observing for suspicious behavior, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and completing required reports related to security-related activities
