Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting access control activities at a financial institution location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to Allied Universal protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to deter unauthorized access, verify credentials when required, and document visitor and/or contractor activity; Support emergency response activities, assist with de-escalation when appropriate, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders during security-related events
