Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a government transportation location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting activity according to post instructions; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, restricted access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as assigned for the site; Monitor access activity and help to deter unauthorized entry, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations through visible presence and routine observation; Communicate with site contacts, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, unusual conditions, and/or operational concerns at the location
