Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a government healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency services when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, waiting areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in accordance with post orders; Support emergency response activities by assisting with crowd management, directional guidance, and/or restricted area control during heightened situations or facility disruptions
