Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday OR Wednesday-Sunday
Are you a dependable, organized multitasker with a passion for customer service? We're looking for a Dispatch Specialist to join our growing team! You'll be the vital link between our customers and field staff-helping ensure smooth operations, timely service, and exceptional support.
What You'll Do:- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Route service requests and inquiries to the right field team member.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls efficiently.
- Manage a high volume of inbound communications while staying organized.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Prior experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities-you stay calm and think on your feet.
- Tech-savvy with proficient computer skills.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus!
