Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with post instructions.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.; Help to deter unauthorized access, trespassing, and/or policy violations by maintaining a visible presence and observing activity at gates, checkpoints, and restricted areas.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting security-related concerns, hazards, and/or maintenance issues.
