Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency communication protocols at the location.; Monitor dispatch communications, security-related systems, alarms, cameras, and/or incoming calls, and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.; Coordinate responses to incidents, maintenance concerns, medical situations, and/or other critical events by gathering details, documenting activity, and communicating updates to appropriate personnel.; Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of calls for service, incidents, visitor activity, and/or after-hours access requests in accordance with site procedures.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while helping to deter unwanted activity and reporting unusual conditions or policy concerns.
