Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor screening practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a cultural institution location.; Monitor entrances and restricted areas, verify identification and/or credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access in a courteous and professional manner.; Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, public areas, and perimeter locations to observe conditions and report security-related concerns.; Assist guests, staff, and visitors with directions, entry procedures, and security-related questions while supporting orderly movement throughout the location.
