Operational Communication: Effectively lead technical initiatives and communicate complex operational analysis results to sponsoring activities and senior decision-makers. Technical Documentation: Maintain high standards of technical writing for all T&E products and ensure compliance with naval instructions. Required Qualifications
    Experience & Certification
    T&E Background: Minimum of 4 years of extensive T&E experience within the last 6 years, specifically in developmental or operational testing. Certification: Must possess DAWIA T&E Level II (Practitioner) or an equivalent certification. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead effectively in a technical T&E environment. Technical Expertise
    Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of the DoD 5000 series, OPNAVINST 5000.42 series, and SECNAVINST 5000 series. System Proficiency: Experience testing undersea, airborne, satellite, terminals, IW, shipboard, expeditionary, mine warfare, or CBR defense systems. Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications
