    Title Task Lead NORAD NC3 Location Colorado Springs, Colorado Description Position: Task Lead - Cyberspace Operations Support Location: Colorado Springs, CO Clearance: Active TS/SCI required Customer: NORAD / USNORTHCOM (N&NC) - Cyberspace Operations Directorate (J6) Role Overview The Task Lead will provide day-to-day leadership and technical oversight in support of NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N&NC) Cyberspace Operations Directorate (J6) and Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) mission requirements. This role supports research, analysis, operational planning, and situational awareness efforts tied to cyber operations and C4 systems. The Task Lead will coordinate analytical efforts, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment between contract support activities and government mission objectives. The position operates within a high-visibility, mission-critical environment supporting Homeland Defense (HD) and Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA). What You'll Do * Lead execution of assigned task areas supporting N&NC/J6 cyber operations * Coordinate research and analysis related to cyber planning, real-time situational awareness, and operational coordination * Oversee assessments of physical systems, infrastructure, and integrated network systems-of-systems * Support analysis of real-time and historical data, exercises, contingency operations, and training events * Develop and track risk mitigation recommendations to improve survivability and reduce system vulnerabilities * Support development of tools or software prototypes that enhance mission effectiveness * Coordinate with federal, state, local, and mission partner organizations to support cyber coordination processes * Ensure timely completion of deliverables, reporting requirements, and contract milestones * Interface regularly with government leads to provide status updates and align priorities * Support operational environments that include 24/7/365 monitoring and reporting functions conducted by CWOC and DCO teamsRequired Experience * 5 - 8+ years of experience supporting DoD or National Security programs * Experience in cyber operations, C4 systems, or operational planning environments * Demonstrated experience leading teams or managing task-level execution * Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in complex mission environments * Active TS/SCI clearancePreferred Experience * Experience supporting NORAD, USNORTHCOM, or NC3-related missions * Background in cyber analysis, integrated sensing, or network systems-of-systems * Experience supporting operational exercises, contingency planning, or situational awareness efforts * Familiarity with Homeland Defense (HD) or Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) mission areas About the Organization About Markesman Group Markesman Group has gathered the nation's foremost experts in Cyber, ISR, Enterprise IT and Intelligence Analysis.
