Dispatch Associate For Limousine Company
American Limousines Inc. is looking for a Dispatch Associate. Must be able to work a flexible schedule with day, evening, and weekend hours. The ideal candidate would be a computer-savvy, multi-tasker with excellent customer service skills and a good knowledge of the Baltimore metropolitan area.
Daily tasks include:
- Identifying drivers based on skill set, licensure, and availability.
- Scheduling drivers for a variety of job assignments.
- Maintaining consistent, quality customer contact.
- Monitoring driver routes and start times.
- Monitoring traffic and flight patterns.
Qualifications:
- Previous Dispatch, Call Center, or Phone Customer Service Experience.
- This is a job for a driven customer service professional who can handle a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a working knowledge of the Baltimore metro area.
Job Type: Full-time job with a flexible day, evening, and weekend schedule. Must be available for ALL SHIFTS.
