    Dispatch Specialist

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing HVAC company in Tempe that is seeking a reliable and organized HVAC Dispatcher to join their team. This role is critical to daily operations, ensuring technicians are efficiently scheduled and customers receive timely, high-quality service. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday and compensating up to $26/hr.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate and dispatch HVAC technicians for service calls, maintenance, and installations. Create work orders for install, service and maintenance requests
    • Manage daily schedules and adjust in real-time based on priority and availability
    • Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and internal teams
    • Monitor job progress and provide updates as needed
    • Handle inbound service requests via phone and email
    • Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and customer information
    • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the scheduling and service process
    Qualifications:
    • At least 2 years of dispatching experience, HVAC experience a huge plus!
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
    • Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer systems
    • Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly to changing priorities
    • High attention to detail and sense of urgency
