    Come join a great HR team! Summary of position
    Performs a combination of analytical, technical, and professional HR functions. This role collects, compiles, and analyzes HR metrics and data; applies analytical findings to support recruitment, retention, compliance, and organizational culture; will coordinate and execute training programs; and performs general HR duties as part of a team including benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, performance support, safety coordination, training, and departmental operations.
    Minimum qualifications
    Experience and Training
    • At least three years of experience in an HR-related field.
    • Experience in job classification and compensation, recruitment, selection, training, employee benefits, and/or equal opportunity compliance preferred.
    • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or other related field preferred.
