Traffic Collision Response And InvestigationServes as the subject matter expert for traffic collision response, investigations, reconstruction and traffic management operations.Applies advanced technical and analytical competences through the use of advanced specialized equipment and procedures while conducting traffic collision response, investigations and reconstruction that result in major property damage and/or serious injury or death.Assists and guides military and civilian police officers that do not specialize in traffic control, special event support, and collision investigations.Advises supervisors on traffic management issues impacting readiness and traffic movement of the installation.Collects and preserves evidence, conducts short-term and long-term investigations on criminal cases and analyze facts to identify suspects and develops case information.Appears in court to testify as required in Military Court Martials or Federal and State Court proceedings.
