Description Performs work in one of the following trades at journeyman level: electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, and carpentry in the maintenance of County buildings and facilities. Performs servicing of two- and four-cycle engines (i.e. oil and filter changes, lubrication of equipment, replacing or repairing broken equipment, etc.) and lawn mowing, trimming, and edging equipment. FACILITES MANAGEMENT & CAPITAL PLANNING ORGANIZATIONAL PROFILE: Notes: Candidate must be licensed as an Electrician, HVAC or a Plumber. The hours for this position is 6am-2pm.
