This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. The Business Systems Analyst is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments. Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. This is a fully seasoned professional level capable of independently carrying out most assignments typical of the profession. Configure and implement new systems and/or enhance existing systems. The abilities to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues. Reporting and Resource Management: Manages deployment of resources to ensure successful execution of service delivery; Produces reports, timelines, and graphics using desktop tools to satisfy user requests, process analysis, data sampling, and test verification.
