ABOUT YOU Our Highly Qualified Candidate has a strong working knowledge of the California Revenue and Taxation Code as it relates to the appraisal of property. They will have a proven ability to interpret, uphold and explain, with a high degree of accuracy and courtesy, complex rules, regulations, codes and laws related to property valuation appraisal and tax assessment to a variety of audiences. Uses comparable sales information and other market data that is gathered and confirmed to establish reassessment results that meet guidelines in the International Association of Assessing Officer (IAAO) Standard on Ratio Studies.
