Such leave that is liquidated by cash payment shall be paid at the employee's rate of pay when the vacation time was earned. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Experience : Two years of experience performing supervisory and/or management duties in a public jurisdiction related to plan review or inspection of buildings. Education : A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
