Under direct supervision of the Director of Planning and Special Projects, is responsible for the contract administration of construction projects. Works with building users, University colleges and departments on project development. Obtains approvals and decisions from the client (user) in timely manner that allows the project to flow smoothly and quickly through each phase of design and construction. Arranges for timely submission of documents for in-house and client (user) milestone progress reviews.
