Behavioral Health Services Act Administration: This position will oversee the Behavioral Health Services Act Administration (BHSA) unit. This unit plans, implements, monitors, evaluates, and reports on the departments Behavioral Health Services Act (formerly Mental Health Services Act) services, outcomes, and expenditures.
