College of Health and Human Services Department of Family and Consumer Sciences The Department of Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) in the College of Health and Human Services at California State University, Long Beach, is recruiting an Assistant Professor of Nutrition and Dietetics with a preferred emphasis in clinical nutrition. The Nutrition and Food Science area within the FCS department supports minor certificates, undergraduate degrees, graduate degrees, and accredited programs to train registered dietitian nutritionists.
