Examples of DutiesIN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL: - Manage front-line customer service staff at the pool concession stand, ensuring staff can provide accurate information regarding site location, hours of operation, and daily activities.
- Handle scheduling for office staff and ensure adequate coverage of the front as well as the concessions stand. Also be able to cover shifts in emergency situations.
- Audit daily cash register receipts to confirm accurate balancing and prepare daily bank deposits.
- Oversee inventory audits and assists Recreation Coordinator with restocking.
- Verify staff is maintaining cleanliness of concession stand and office areas, including ensuring all Health Codes and standards are met.
- Collaborate with other leads and the Aquatics Coordinator to ensure the facility is operating proficiently.
Typical QualificationREQUIREMENTS: - High School Diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of one (1) year of customer experience in a lead role preferred.
- Must possess a current Food Handler's Certification.
- Food Manager Certification
- Candidates may be required to pass a background check and must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- This is a safety sensitive position and is subject to random drug screening.
- First aid, AED and CPR certification preferred.

COMPENSATION: This is a seasonal position that may work up to 6 months depending on the workload and performance.
Hourly pay range is $16.87 to $17.72.
Seasonal employees are entitled to earn paid time off and accrue a minimum of 1 hour of general leave for every 30 hours worked.
