Apply by: February 12, 2026 St. Louis Developmental Disabilities Treatment Centers (SLDDTC) is currently recruiting to fill an Administrative Support Assistant (timekeeper) position. This position is located at South County Habilitation Center, 2312 Lemay Ferry Rd., St. Louis, MO 63125. The working hours for this position will be 8:00am - 4:30pm and the regular days off will be Sunday/Saturday and holidays.

What you’ll do:Perform all clerical support functions for the Timekeeping Office which includes but is not limited to:
- Manage and monitor the electronic Time Clock Plus System for the facility. Record employee daily leave entries.
- Maintain a working knowledge of timekeeping, FMLA, worker’s compensation and payroll procedures.
- Enter, track and prepare correspondence for staff regarding worker’s compensation injuries. Maintain filing systems.
- Review documents for accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures. Prepare reports.
- Ensure all work is completed by firm payroll deadlines.
Eligibility: One to three years of relevant experience. Current DMH employees applying for this position must be free of discipline for six months and have a good attendance record. To promote to this position, you should be free of discipline for twelve months. (See SLDDTC Policy 4.06, Bidding).
