Programmer Principal Analyst. The position is
onsite and scheduled to work 5 days, 8 hours.
Current City of Chandler employees may only hold one position and are not eligible for additional part-time or secondary positions within the City of Chandler.

We are looking for someone who utilizes systems architectural and design principles to plan, modify and implement application solutions while utilizing a variety of modern web and desktop development technologies.

Minimum qualifications - A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; and
- 5 years of recent experience with systems application analysis, highly complex technical documentation programming, including acting as a lead system implementer on a project team delivering an enterprise solution and
- experience in web development (C#, ASP.Net, Angular, NodeJs preferred), BASH/Linux, XML, JSON, Database development; or
- any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
Desired qualifications - Proven experience as a Workday Integration Developer or similar technical role.
- Hands-on expertise with: Workday Studio, EIB/DTS, Cloud Connect, Orchestrate.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics.
- Experience building Workday Extend applications.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration protocols (REST/SOAP).
This is a regular full-time position, subject to a 6-month probationary period. A register of qualified candidates will be active for 4 months should another position become available.
