Salary Starting at: $5,5794/month
Normal Work Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. with 1 day of telework available a week after completion of 6-month probationary period.

Responsibilities
- Collaborates with program managers, Division Managers, and Leadership to understand analytics needs and deliver timely information and insights.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align data-driven insights with organizational goals.
- Collects, organizes, and maintains data from primary and secondary sources while ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Develops and automates processes for data collection, integration, and reporting to improve efficiency.
- Evaluates existing systems and recommend improvements for data handling and analysis.
- Assists with the construction and maintenance of reporting systems, data maintenance, data collection, data decimation, portfolio maintenance, billing, and reimbursement.
- Supervises and participate in the conduct of continuous revenue and expenditure studies and projections; supervise the preparation of analysis reports.
- Reviews project proposals, establish work plans and determine time frames, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing projects, determine staffing requirements and allotments to various phases of projects.
- Maintains rapport with regulatory personnel by arranging continuing contacts and resolving concerns.
- Contributes to the implementation of the City's impact measurement via data collection, wrangling, and presentation to department leadership.
- Monitors subrecipient outcomes and highlights emerging patterns.
- Provides training programs for employees and subrecipients on compliance topics.
- Researches regulations by reviewing regulatory bulletins and other sources of information.
- Works with department PIO to implement public notification of Department KPIs.
- Supports convenings or shared learning opportunities among subrecipients.
- Maintains expert-level education regarding reporting methods, software, and industry trends.
- Maintains legal and regulatory compliance by researching and communicating requirements and obtaining approvals.
- Seeks, applies, and communicates knowledge regarding local Housing & Community Development initiatives.
- Seeks and applies knowledge of the City Strategic Plan, Con Plan, and how the department can execute both.
- Ensures data integrity by applying best practices in collection and management.
- Creates and prepare clear, goal-oriented reports and dashboards for management and regulatory agencies that inform decisions and drive strategy.
- Manages and/or assist with the preparation of forecasts, schedules, ordinances, fact sheets, project descriptions, spreadsheets, presentation graphics, oral and written reports to senior staff, external customers, and other city departments.
- Collects and analyzes cost data and other information to evaluate efficiency, effectiveness of programs, and procedures, and makes recommendations to promote effective and economic operations for the Housing Department.
- Collaborates with staff to complete the preparation of forecasts, schedules, ordinances, fact sheets, project descriptions, spreadsheets, presentation graphics, oral and written reports to senior staff, external customers, and other city departments.
- Manages the preparation of presentations, analyses, policy manuals, and other projects.
- Applies GIS techniques to identify, analyze, and understand patterns and neighborhood data.
- Utilizes EXCEL, ACCESS and other software methods to save and organize data.
- Participates in the planning and completion of the City's Consolidated Plan.
Qualifications
REQUIRES an accredited Master's in public or business administration, urban or regional planning, economics, organizational/development psychology, project management, geography and 1 year (OR an accredited Bachelor's and 3 years) of professional experience in corporate/municipal finance, research, accounting planning, project/program management, or geographical information systems analytics.
