The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.
- Provide support and coordinate activities for Prevention, Care, Disease Intervention Specialists, and Hepatitis programs
Review reports and letters for completeness and accuracy, update Excel spreadsheets with current information, distribute reports through a variety of resources, compose draft correspondences, prepare expense reports, prepare materials for meetings and trainings, sort mail/faxes, schedule appointments, arrange in-state and out-of-state travel, maintain calendars, ensure contact lists are updated as needed, and take meeting minutes. - Respond to inquiries from customers, contractors, and the public.
- Provide assistance to the Chief, Assistant Chief, Director of Prevention and Field Services, and Program Coordinators.
- Assist other clerical support staff when needed and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: - 1-3 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed).
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and a team player who demonstrates accountability.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
