Associate Customer Service Representative
Processing Bureau Applications - Payments

HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:
Our team focuses on processing incoming individual income and business tax payments in a timely manner. We are team oriented, goal driven and value strong communication and typing skills, as well as a problem-solving experience. You will gain satisfaction from assisting Missouri customers with business tax payments and individual income tax payments.
DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:- Review and apply individual income and business tax payments accurately
- Complete data entry tasks to input customer information
- Research and correct business tax accounts to ensure accuracy
- Correspond with both internal and external customers about tax processing and payments

QUALIFICATIONS:- Possess a high school diploma or high school equivalency certificate
- Six or more months of experience in clerical or general office support work
