The team member would report to the Benefit Program Supervisor. This position is responsible for billing Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Insurance for FSH clients using Claim Builder and ICM programs. This position records and balances all payments, adjustments, deductibles and coinsurance. Will also tracks and research insurance denials. This position will prepare required documents for the Medicare Cost Report. Will keep track of the MIUR (Medicaid Inpatient Utilization Review) and report to administration and Central Office twice a month. Assist with inputting client services into CIMOR.
- Must have satisfactory performance, no written reprimands within the past 6 months, and no other disciplinary actions during the past 12 months.

- For supervisory positions it’s recommended to include: Training, certification, and/or education in continuous process improvement programs such as Lean Six Sigma as well as completion of Missouri Way, Leadership Academy, and similar programs is preferred.
