The Family Support Division (FSD) OWCI is seeking candidates to fill an Accounts Supervisor position. The base for this location will be in the Cole County/Jefferson City FSD/OWCI Office located at 3705 MO Blvd, Jefferson City, MO.

- Create and Maintain multiple Invoice Logs for over 500 different Contracts
- Reconciliation of multiple programs and grants
- Working with Program Staff to review and approve Budgets and Budget Narratives for over 500 different Contracts
- Working with Contractors to solve Invoicing Questions, Issues, or Training to New Contractors
- Monitoring the Efficiency and Accuracy of the Invoicing Process
- Leading a T eam to Timely Process I nvoices
- Training team for information or updates in procedures for invoicing or OMB guidance
- Holding Contractors accountable for missing invoices
- Knowledge of OMB guidance for reviewing budgets and budget narratives
- Submitting Journal Vouchers to fix errors in Expenditure Coding
- Working with the OWCI Fiscal Liaison to oversee Fiscal Coding Sheet for Updates or Errors
- Working with DSS Fiscal Monitoring to provide Invoices as needed
- Oversight of OWCI invoicing procedures and determining if updates are needed to processes
- Other duties as assigned
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 15 earned credit hours in one or a combination of the following: Accounting, Public or Business Administration, or a closely related field.
ORFour or more years of clerical experience in fiscal or budgetary controls, procurement, accounting or bookkeeping, or closely related areas, including two or more years in a supervisory or semi-technical capacity; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.
(Earned credit hours from an accredited college or university may substitute on a year-for-year basis for a maximum of two years of the required general experience at a rate of 30 earned credit hours for one year. An additional 30 earned credit hours from an accredited college or university may substitute for a maximum of one year of the required specialized experience.)
