The primary focus of this position is an application development team member who will perform development and maintenance of DMH enterprise applications using C#, SQL Server, and MVC. Duties include analysis, design, coding, code reviews, testing, implementation, and mentoring. Personal interactions with Business Owners and other team members are required, as is research and troubleshooting of complex problems. The successful candidate for this position needs to have a technical background. Candidate must be effective working collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently as circumstances dictate.
This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division supporting the Department of Mental Health (DMH).

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
- Experience in ASP.Net MVC framework.
- Development experience using C#, JQuery, Javascript and SQL server is required.
- Familiar with Responsive Web Design.
- Familiar with Agile development.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Blazor, Sharepoint Online, PowerApps is a plus.
- Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include background checks involving a candidate’s name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.
