What you will do: - Retrieve files from a shared network drive for statewide and external stakeholders.
- Electronically separate Division documents into proper Case files for injured employees.
- Process confidential documents in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist and educate our stakeholders via phone and email.
- Review and provide quality assurance for externally scanned documents and request rescans as necessary.
- Assist with documenting, storing, retaining, and destroying paper documents.
All you need for success: Qualifications - 2 years of relevant experience
Desired Attributes - Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to professionally communicate both orally and in writing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative within established policies and procedures.
- Ability to be highly motivated and work as part of a diverse team.
- Ability to quickly learn new applications/systems.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the public.
