Position DescriptionEmployees in this classification are responsible for performing a wide variety of care activities in an assigned specialty or subspecialty outpatient clinic as needed. The incumbent is assigned per the direction of the local Director of Nursing Services. Work is performed as part of a total healthcare team to provide complete patient evaluations.
Major/Essential FunctionsWill provide PRN services to include assisting LVN, physician, and physician assistant; direct patients to exam rooms; take patient vital signs; and other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor.
Required QualificationsEducation: Completion of a recognized program of nursing or an educational program appropriate for the level of care to be provided.
License: License or certification consistent with regulatory requirements.
