We are looking for someone who is: - Reliable. You will be responding to Code Blue or Rapid Response emergencies.
- Responsible. You will be transporting equipment to assigned locations.
- Communicative. You will be explaining methods of procedure to patients.
- Focused. You will be monitoring the recording procedures to discern artifacts or abnormalities.
What you will typically be responsible for: - Handling echocardiograms.
- Assist in performing stress echocardiograms.
- Charting patient information.
- Scheduling appointments.

The eligible list established from this recruitment may remain in effect for six (6) months.Minimum QualificationsCertificate Required: Possession of a valid certificate as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (
RDCS) issued by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers;
or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (
RCS) issued by the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (
CCI);
AND a Basic Life Support (
BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers issued by the American Heart Association or CPR certification issued by the American Red Cross .

Selection Process 1. Application Filing and Evaluation: All applicants will be required to complete a supplemental questionnaire at the time of application, applications will be evaluated to determine which candidates will move forward in the next phase of the recruitment process.
