Do you want to work with an energetic team and be part of a great Division? Under the direction of the Criminal Law Division Executive Unit, Staff Services Manager II (SSM II), you will serve as the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) - Criminal Law Division Personnel/Contracts Liaison who will assist with analytical and consultative support in the area of personnel management for over 425 positions within the Criminal Law Division (CRIM). This includes, but is not limited to, gathering, analyzing, maintaining information, may make recommendations regarding personnel management-related activities including hiring, classification, pay, civil service testing, position and vacancy tracking, and position funding. Acts as the Personnel Liaison between CRIM and the Office of Human Resources (OHR). Prepares personnel services and mandatory tracking reports for management review and decision-making purposes. In addition to personnel matters, you will assist with maintaining Division policies for preparation and control of consultant and service/maintenance contracts. You will review and approve all Division contract invoices to ensure they are in compliance with existing rules and regulations prior to submission for payment. As a member of the Executive Unit, you must possess a great deal of tact and have the ability to elicit information and cooperation from division and department personnel at varying levels of authority.
