Maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair various electronic equipment in the department, including electronic instrumentation, microprocessors, electronic development systems, and related equipment. Work includes all technical functions from routine adjustment through modifications of equipment. Coordinate laboratory equipment setup, providing necessary connections with Facilities (e.g., compressed air, electrical, water, equipment cooling, IT data and internet connections, etc.). Develop analysis for the location and suitability of equipment. Coordinate existing equipment disposal/relocation and general lab refurbishment.
