Business Intelligence AnalystMazak Corporation is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Cybertec team. The Business Intelligence Analyst supports the strategic data and analytics initiatives of the Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager. This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards, processing bulk data requests, and contributing to special projects that drive data-driven decision making across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytically minded, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their skillset across a range of platforms and technologies. This position offers unique exposure to executive-level leadership, working closely with data that directly influences organizational strategy and high-level business decisions.Scope and Responsibilities: Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to support key monthly and ad hoc reporting needsHandle bulk data requests from internal stakeholders in an accurate and timely mannerSupport Salesforce administrative functions including custom report and dashboard creation, basic interface configuration, page layout work, and other administrative tasksQuery and extract data from relational databases using SQL (Microsoft SQL Server) to support reporting and analytical needsAssist in the execution of special projects including the development of new interfaces, reporting tools, and data visualization solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into clear, actionable deliverablesMaintain a high standard of data accuracy and integrity across all work productsSupport the BI & Analytics Manager in advancing the department's broader strategic initiatives that support all revenue streams of Mazak Corp.Education/Certification:Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)Relevant certifications in Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, or SQL are a plus but not requiredSkills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear, actionable insightsDetail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data handling and a strong ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneouslyEffective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersSelf-motivated with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies; collaborative mindset with the ability to support cross-functional teams and projectsTableau* Building and maintaining key monthly reporting and interactive data visualizationsPower BI* Report and dashboard development and data modelingSalesforce* Basic interface/configuration work, administrative skills, custom report, dashboard, and page experienceMicrosoft Excel* Advanced functions, data manipulation, and analysisSQL (Structured Query Language) Querying and extracting data from relational databases, specifically Microsoft SQL Server & data lakes alikeMicrosoft Office Suite General proficiency across Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
