recseekers is retained on a new project with an international Life Sciences search firm looking to hire an established Principal Recruiter anywhere across the US.

The role will focus on high-growth areas across the US Life Sciences market, including Biotech, Pharma, TechBio, AI-enabled drug discovery, precision medicine and advanced therapeutics.
The benchmark is $500k+ annual billings with a proven 360 track record.
Highlights:
• $120k+ base salary
• Fully remote anywhere in the US
• Uncapped commission
• Average fee around $60k
• Multiple $1m+ billers
• Established relationships with major Pharma
• Venture-backed and high-growth Biotech, TechBio and Bio/AI clients
• Work spanning early-stage and pre-IPO businesses through to global organizations
• Dedicated internal L&D and strong operational infrastructure
• Autonomy to own and develop your market
• Clear IC, leadership, team-build and longer-term equity opportunities
This is aimed at recruiters already operating at a high level who can win business, develop senior client relationships and close high-value searches autonomously.
