MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Enterprise Architect , Data Fabric to join our team in Doral, FL . Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Designing, defining, and maintaining enterprise-wide technical architectures and system integration baselines. Aligning IT strategy, hardware, and software systems with customer operational objectives and mission requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional technical teams, data architects, and project leaders to guide system design and deployment. Evaluating legacy IT systems, cloud architectures, and emerging technologies to recommend modernization pathways. Establishing engineering standards, architectural governance frameworks, and technical roadmaps across enterprise environments. Maintaining technical baseline configurations, enterprise diagrams, and comprehensive architectural documentation. Recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance system interoperability, security, and scalability. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture. OR a master’s degree and 3 or more years of relevant experience OR a PhD and 1 or more years of relevant experience OR an associate’s degree and 7 or more years of relevant experience OR a high school diploma and 9 or more years of relevant experience Proven experience designing and implementing complex enterprise IT, cloud, or network architectures. Strong expertise in architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, DoDAF) and system modeling methodologies. Hands-on experience developing enterprise technology roadmaps, system migration strategies, and technical baselines. Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex technical documentation and executive architectural diagrams. Preferred Qualifications: Enterprise Architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF, CEA) or cloud architectural certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect). Prior experience supporting U.S. Military Command operations or Department of Defense enterprise technical environments. Familiarity with DoD Enterprise Architecture guidelines, DevSecOps deployment frameworks, and data integration standards. Demonstrated ability to lead technical governance boards and drive multi-disciplinary engineering initiatives. Clearance Requirements: Must hold a current/active secret security clearance. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
