Job Category ManagerRequired Degree 4 Year DegreeDescription The Imagination Library Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation and operations of the Imagination Library program. This person will provide hands-on oversight of the procurement, analysis, and reporting of the project along with participating in many aspects of the program.MIMIMUM REQUIREMENTS:· Bachelor's degree in education, social human service, and behavioral science or any related field· Three (3) years of experience working on grant funded projects and familiarity with programs and initiatives in education, analyzing survey data and preparing reports are preferred.· Candidate must have excellent writing, computer and communication skills.· Must havea valid Driver's License, proof of insurance, and must provide personal vehicle to travel (if applicable to position.)-Serve as primary resource person knowledgeable on Imagination Library protocol.-Enroll children in targeted counties in Imagination Library-Maintenance of Imagination Library database-Recruiting daycares in targeted counties-Read in daycares and Head Start facilities.-Attend health fairs and day care events as needed-Developing reading activities for all Resource and Referral sites-Assist management with the development and implementation of project work plan and clarification of objectives and operational needs to facilitate project implementation and expansion.-Assist with operations including purchase requisitions, invoicing, and budget management.-Aid in submission of monthly budget and expense reports, work to identify and resolve problems with project accounts, troubleshoot problems with financial transactions as assigned.-Assist Assistant Vice President with planning, developing, and disseminating project reports, presentations and other project information and communication.-Assist with oversight of database collection activities including weekly child count numbers.-Act as liaison with project colleagues, project partners and project staff.-Perform other duties as assigned.Statement of Non-Inclusivity: This job description is not to be construed as a complete listing of the duties and responsibilities that may be given to any employee.
