Track legislation for the agency, locate, research and interpret Senate and House Bills. Perform clerical duties and act as a liaison in handling confidential matters with discretion. Assist with the administrative needs of various divisions within DFA and ensure that all daily activities of the office are continued in the absence of the Executive Director, including other duties as assigned. - This is a X-16 position.What you'll need to be Successful Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills are required.
