Job TitleDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:To consistently protect and serve the departments under Surveillance department vigilance with the utmost ability and skill.To maintain games integrity by strictly enforcing adherence to rules, policies and procedures by all Dakota Sioux Casino employees.To unconditionally investigate any and all reports or indications of cheating, theft, or loss of revenue and to provide a complete conclusive report of that investigation.To posses and maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of all gaming products presented for customer play on Dakota Sioux Casino property.Thorough knowledge includes the ability to play the game and knowledge of dealing procedures.EDUCATION:High school diploma or GED required.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must obtain a Key Gaming License upon hire. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Available to work all shifts and weekends. (Day, Swing, Graveyard)OTHER:Ability to handle diverse situations/or people; effective communication skills; must demonstrate excellent attendance practices; and must be able to work 8+ hours if necessary.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, and reach; Sitting (must be able to sit for long periods of time in a cool environment), standing or walking for extended periods of time.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
