Job DescriptionOrganization: Family Outreach CenterPosition : Jail MAT- ClinicianLocation: Kent County Correctional FacilityPosition Type: Full-TimeSalary: $66,500We are seeking a hard working and motivated candidate to work with incarcerated individuals with an Opioid and/or Stimulant Use Disorder at the Kent County Correctional Facility. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree with one year working with the targeted population. Knowledge of the criminal justice system and Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT) is desired. Applicants will need to pass a background check prior to hire.Responsibilities include:Providing case management, substance abuse education, and outreach to individuals that are incarcerated and if needed in the communityWork closely with the Recovery CoachesWork collaboratively with jail and community partners that provide SUD servicesMeet with clients via telehealth, in person and/or possibly in the communityCrisis Management (as needed)Develop release plans and make necessary community referralsIf needed, provide transportation to appointmentsFlexible Schedule but some weekends and holidays requiredFamily Outreach Center is a mission-driven nonprofit providing outpatient therapy and behavioral health services.
