Providing enterprise leadership for coding accuracy and compliance, the full-time remote CCS Certified Coding Manager will oversee audit processes, develop educational programs, and serve as a subject matter expert on coding regulations across various services.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and deliver training programs related to coding compliance and documentation for coding staff and medical personnelConduct and coordinate ongoing audits to ensure coding accuracy and adherence to regulatory standardsCommunicate coding regulation changes and provide guidance to internal stakeholders on ethical coding practicesRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred5-7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in coding, auditing, and educationEPIC experience is requiredCCS - Certified Coding Specialist certification is requiredExperience in an academic medical center is preferred
