The goal is agency ownership. You'd be working toward running your own business, not becoming a State Farm employee. I'm looking for someone who wants to own a business — not someone looking for a traditional job. This role is a structured development opportunity inside my agency designed to put the right person on a direct path to becoming an independent contractor agent in Kentucky or anywhere we do business across the country. You'll work alongside me, build real sales experience, earn your insurance licenses if you don't already have them, and learn what it actually takes to run an agency.If you're already licensed — even better. If you carry securities licenses, we need to talk sooner rather than later. What the role involves:Developing client relationships and selling auto, home, life, and financial productsHitting production goals and building a track record that demonstrates you can run your own bookCompleting any remaining licensing requirements — costs reimbursed for unlicensed candidatesLearning agency operations — the business side, not just the sales sideLicensing — where you stand mattersStrong advantage — already licensedActive property & casualty and/or life & health licenses in Kentucky (or a state with reciprocity) means you hit the ground runningWe want to hear from you. Significant differentiator — securities licensedSeries 6, 63, or 65 licenses are a major plus.
