Summary

Independently leading child safety investigations, the full-time Child Safety Enforcement Specialist will review sensitive content, analyze user behavior, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with child safety policies in a hybrid work environment.Key responsibilitiesReview and investigate child safety content and behavior, documenting evidence and rationaleLead high-risk escalations, communicating progress and making enforcement decisions within policy boundariesAnalyze detection data to identify patterns and propose improvements to investigative workflowsRequired qualificationsExperience investigating child safety abuse or comparable Trust & Safety issuesAbility to independently manage investigative projects and deliver documented outcomesWorking knowledge of NCMEC CyberTip reporting workflowsAbility to identify patterns in case data and recommend practical mitigationsFamiliarity with investigative tools; experience with SQL or statistics is a plus
